You have someone working out with you during the personal training session, this makes scheduling more flexible and creates community, surrounding you with like minded people who are looking to achieve similar goals, workouts are customized based on your needs.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
Customized personal training program with undivided attention for a more focused training session. One on One sessions are great for people who are nervous to workout, haven't worked out in a long time and need personal attention, people who need to get on track with a routine and more!
ONLINE TRAINING
Allows for flexible scheduling and more consistency. If you travel a lot and enjoy a more private setting while exercising, this service is for you. Personal training programs can vary from body weight to weight training, this is discussed during our consultation. Both 1 on 1 and Semi-Private Training are available in an online format. Sessions are done via Zoom.
